Kawalan masuk jalan raya

Kawalan masuk jalan raya atau kawalan capaian jalan raya merujuk kepada capaian ke harta bersebelahan dengan jalan raya yang dihadkan dengan beberapa cara. Jalan raya yang dikenakan kawalan masuk biasanya dikenali sebagai jalan raya capaian terhad. Kawalan masuk terhadap sesebuah jalan raya amat bergantung kepada taraf jalan raya, daripada jalan perbandaran iaitu sehingga setakat mana kawalan masuk dikenakan oleh pihak berkuasa^[1]^[2] sehinggalah ke lebuh raya.^[3]^[4] Definisi yang lebih tepat bagi kawalan masuk jalan raya mungkin berbeza mengikut tahap penguatkuasaan. Lazimnya, kenderaan yang bergerak perlahan seperti basikal, beca, kuda ataupun pejalan kaki tidak dibenarkan melalui jalan raya yang dikenakan kawalan capaian penuh.
